“Cristina Fonseca is a Singularity University expert in Artificial Intelligence and Entrepreneurship. She is also an investor and tech entrepreneur that co-founded Talkdesk, a platform that allows companies to create their call center in the cloud. The company raised $268 million over the last years and Cristina was distinguished as “30 under 30” by Forbes in 2016.
She studied Telecommunications and Networks engineering and specialized in Artificial Intelligence, after graduating from the Singularity University Global Solutions Program – a program where 80 people from science and technology fields get together to use the latest technologies and solve the world’s biggest challenges.
Cristina is currently a Venture Partner at Indico Capital Partners where she invests and helps tech-based startups to launch and scale global products. Besides that, she co-founded Cleverly.ai and works with companies applying AI to their operational challenges in Customer Service. She is also a non-executive board member at Galp.
