Isabelle Ringnes is the co-founder of #Hunspanderer, a social movement addressing subtle discrimination and gender stereotypes reaching millions of people in Norway and engaging CEOs across Norway’s most influential companies to champion the issue. Isabelle is now the product lead and co-founded of #ShesGotThis which works in collaboration with Norwegian organizations and research institutions to find evidence and fact-based solutions on how to increase diversity. Through a technological plattform they help companies map their gender imbalances and provide solutions to improve based on best available research.

Isabelle founded TENK in 2015, a Technology Network for Women aiming to inspire women and girls to lean in and contribute to shaping our world’s future with technology. TENK has reached and spoken to thousands of women, toured Norway to speak to more than 4000 high school girls with NHO, co-established an annual national Girl Tech Fest teaching middle school girls coding in addition to a Tech- Summer Camp for girls in high school.

Isabelle is a world-traveler and has lived and worked in New York, Stockholm, and London. In 2016 she left her promising job at Schibsted Media Group when she won the Global Impact Challenge making her the second Norwegian to attend the prestigious Singularity University Global Solutions Program. In 2017 she arranged the Global Impact Challenge and sent another two Norwegians to SU.

Isabelle is one of Inspiring Fifty Nordic’s most inspiring women in tech and one of the “100 most influential people in Nordic tech” appointed by Slush and The Nordic Web.
