Patrick Halford is a specialist in mobility cross-industry and business model innovation. He is an advisor to VCs and startup board member in drone, healthcare and AR/VR space. He has worked closely with various government institutions and serves on the advisory board for both Denmark’s and Finland’s national drone innovation programs. In 2016, Patrick was a part of building Denmark’s national drone strategy, and he is now part of a management team building a new airport and national drone innovation hub in Finland.
Patrick is passionate about education and mentorship and is a frequent guest lecturer at CBS and Hanken SSE, teaching about exponential technology trends, challenges facing organizations of all sizes and business model innovation. In addition to teaching, he is also a mentor for a number of life sciences networks and startup programs, including the Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship (NOME).
He is a frequent keynote speaker at robotics and drones conferences and is often invited to host and participate at executive panels. He publishes his observations on Nordic growth opportunities on LinkedIn.
