Yunwen “Tutu” Tu is a design explorer and food designer whose passions are the future of food and education. She seeks ways to push boundaries through design and research envisioning how the food of the global diaspora will be impacted by technological, environmental, socioeconomic, cultural and political trends. Tutu is currently the design lead at The SIX and the US West Coast correspondent at The Dutch Institute of Food and Design. Her work has been featured in exhibitions at the Asian Art Museum, Foodinno Symposium, California Academy of Sciences, Primer18 Conference and etc.
