Neil is responsible for growing the SU Ventures business around the world. Overseeing product marketing, strategic partnerships, and the development of channel-ready startup programs, Neil plays a critical role in helping SU Ventures achieve its mission of creating a global startup ecosystem that improves the lives of a billion people.
Before joining SU Ventures, Neil served as Sr. Director of Global Partner Programs, where he led a pilot and then later developed and launched SU’s first channel partnership program. Neil began his SU journey as the Director of Summits, where he helped lead the launch of SU Global Summit, oversaw marketing for SU’s full collection of domestic Summits, and was responsible for all startup programming, including event innovation labs and the Global Grand Challenge Awards.
Neil has spent the past 15 years achieving audacious goals through sound go-to-market strategies and thoughtful collaboration, recently refined while working alongside SU’s global community, and developed earlier in his career as a marketing leader at some of the world’s greatest destination ski resorts. He gained an interest and understanding of startups and entrepreneurial finance while earning his MBA at Boston College. In his free time, you can find Neil with his family skiing and sailing the seacoast of Maine.
