WIN passionately works to increase access to the information and tools that enable communities around the world to support women and female-identifying folks in achieving their highest potential.
To meet these aims, WIN offers an Exponential Equity Webinar series featuring people working on solutions related to gender, diversity, inclusion, justice, and equity—and thoughts on how to scale these efforts exponentially.
This webinar addresses how exponential technology provides new opportunities to design for a broad spectrum of human emotions, including empathy, vulnerability, and heightened emotional intelligence in the future of work.
We’ll engage in a lively panel discussion highlighting the ways we can create a more abundant future of work where diversity—including diversity of emotional expression—is celebrated.

Dr. Melissa Extein is Principal Consultant & Part-time Faculty @Extein Consulting & Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment, The New School. She brings over 15 years of experience consulting to organizations and groups, particularly start-ups and those focused on philanthropy and social justice. Her clients have included tech start-ups, grantmakers, government departments, and non-profits inside and outside the US.
Nichol Bradford is Executive Director & Co-Founder at Transformative Tech Lab, Lecturer at Stanford University, CEO at Willow Group. She spent the last decade working for online game companies like Activision Blizzard, Disney, and Vivendi. She is a fellow of the British American Project, currently serves on the board of the Brandon Marshall Foundation for Mental Health, and is a former term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Rob Nail is CEO and Associate Founder of Singularity University. Prior to Singularity, he co-founded Velocity11 in 1999, building automation equipment and robotics for cancer research and drug discovery. He is currently on the board of Light&Motion, a co-founder and director of Alite Designs, and holds degrees in Mechanical, Materials Science and Manufacturing Engineering from UC Davis and Stanford University.
