Webinars: How Leaders Can Navigate Chaos in Uncertain Times

In this webinar, Kyle Nel, Executive Vice President of Corporate Innovation, and Amanda Manna, Vice President of Strategy & Operations, share frameworks and insights for how leaders can successfully navigate chaos in these uncertain times. Their presentation is followed by a Q&A with the live participants. The webinar, which was held live on March 26, 2020, dives into why and how:

  • Navigating Ambiguity is an essential skill for uncertainty in all its forms.
  • Building deep trust and fostering an adaptive team culture starts with knowing the strengths each team member has and leveraging them appropriately.
  • Embracing new ways of working should be accompanied by new tools and KPIs – simply adapting old ways to be “digital” keeps us from true transformation.
  • Specific strengths and weaknesses are not relegated to certain roles and levels, so transparency and humility between team members at all levels is vital for success.

At Singularity University, we prepare leaders to thrive amid uncertainty and empower them to lead their organizations into bold new futures with valuable tools, frameworks, and leadership models not found elsewhere.

See how we can help your organization become exponential, with leaders who are prepared to tackle the coming changes and seize new opportunities.

About the Speakers

Kyle Nel, Executive Vice President of Corporate Innovation

The lab applies behavioral science insights to create transformational experiences, products and services. SU acquired Uncommon Partners in 2019, of which Kyle was the CEO and co-founder.

Kyle’s journey to understand human behavior and decision-making led him to create the multi-disciplinary behavioral transformation approach, which uses tools like narrative, applied neuroscience and experimental design to help organizations break out of incrementalism. He co-authored Leading Transformation, a 2018 Harvard Business Review Press title about these tools and concepts.

Amanda Manna, Vice President of Strategy & Operations
