As SU Faculty and the CLO/CIO of SingularityU Nordic, Kris is responsible for designing and running education and innovation programs for organizations. Kris is a Certified Experience Economy Expert and the first recipient of the prestigious Experience Management Achievement Award outside of the US. He has more than 15 years of research experience with specialization in qualitative methodologies and foundations of strategy-building, designing extraordinary customer experiences, and human behavior.
Kyle Nel is the Executive Vice President of Uncommon Partners Lab at Singularity University and a member of the SU Faculty. He co-authored Leading Transformation, a 2018 title from Harvard Business Review Press. Previously, Kyle was the founder and Executive Director of Lowe’s Innovation Labs, where he led a team responsible for driving the company’s innovation vision, strategy, and growth. He is a member of the XPRIZE Foundation Innovation Board and previously held positions in market research with Lowe’s and the Walmart Global Insights Group.
