Monique Giggy runs SU Ventures where she works closely with impact-focused startups that are solving world problems with technology. She and her team create programs and provide key resources that truly accelerate breakthroughs through curated networking, experience based coaching and a solid focus on metrics.
She is a seasoned value creator with proven success building/exiting companies, driving turnarounds, and leading high performing global teams. Prior to SU she conceived and helped build the world’s most popular and successful mobile golf application- Swing by Swing Golf which she sold in 2014. After the sell of her company she participated in the 2014 Global Solutions Program where she fell in love with SU.
Monique has served as an advisor and entrepreneurship coach, Venture Partner, CMO, and has started and invested in several companies.

Venture capitalist, investment banker, CEO, and M&A / corporate development leader, Robert spent a decade in senior leadership positions at Microsoft Corp., most recently as a director on the M&A team, led a London Stock Exchange-listed company to a half-billion dollar market cap, founded / co-founded 4 startups, and headed a turnaround, generating 2 IPOs, and 2 M&A exits.
He is the co-author of 2 leading business and technology books, The Fifth Wave , on innovation and investment, and Collective Knowledge, on ontology in knowledge science. Robert lives in Paris, and speaks English, French and German.

A serial innovator, holder of over 60 patents in numerous disciplines, Ben is a leading expert in exponential technologies, with a PhD in device physics and nanobiotechnology. He has served in a number of senior technical leadership positions in exponential technology companies, most recently as the Head of Solar Product Engineering at Tesla. Prior to Tesla, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at SolarCity, joining through its acquisition of Silevo, which he co-founded. He spent his early career as a research scientist at Intel Corp.
Ben lives in the heart of Silicon Valley, where, for leisure and inspiration, he tends to his boutique animal farm, and volunteers at his children’s school. He speaks English and fluent Mandarin.

Dagmar is an expert in risk management and cross-border fund configuration and governance. She holds a PhD in Law, and is qualified in England & Wales, Germany and Spain.She is chairman of Andbank, a Luxembourg asset management firm, and non-executive director of Amedes, a German medical technology company, and previously served as chairman of the Barclays Vida y Pensiones, Compañia de Seguros, Barclays’ Spanish life insurance group.
She was a member of the General Council of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, created in the wake of the Greek financial crisis, to stabilize the financial sector and manage the state’s equity participation in Greece & four systemic (“too big to fail”) banks.
She held a series of senior legal and risk-management positions for Western Europe at Barclays, leading the divestment of non-core operations, and serving as General Counsel, for retail and business banking, wealth and investment management, and corporate and investment banking.
Dagmar joined Barclays from Terra Firma Capital Partners, where she served as the fund’s senior legal counsel. Her early career was spent at Freshfields, and General & Cologne Re. Dagmar lives in Madrid. She speaks German, Spanish, English and French.
Farid is an engineering, business and operations leader with extensive expertise in building and managing Silicon Valley-based high-performance global teams, at IBM, Lucent, Cisco, and Ciena. He is inspired by people, by what motivates them, their dreams, how they follow them, face their tests and trials, and most of all, by his family.
