For what matters, we need to replace OR with AND. Our post-COVID reality requires a re-conception of the current leadership skills to be elevated and advanced. This requires an entirely new way of thinking to adapt to a rapidly changing world. And a new level of courage to let go of the past and embrace the unknown.
